The refreshed XOOM Xtras now features two membership levels with access instant savings opportunities as soon as you become a XOOM Xtras member and expanded rewards after your service begins with XOOM Energy.
Save Level – Instant Access to XOOM Xtras Perks
With the Save Level there is no more waiting, and you can start enjoying benefits right from the start.
Once you have completed an enrollment for service with XOOM Energy, you can register right away for your XOOM Xtras membership right away and start enjoying perks as you wait for your XOOM Energy service to begin.
New XOOM Xtras members on the Savel Level can access savings with local deals and discounts for shopping, dining and more, travel offers and insurance savings.

Ongoing Rewards

Bonus Rewards
Earn 45,000 Koiyn when you renew a fixed-rate energy plan of 12 months or longer
Earn 45,000 Koiyn when you switch to a fixed-rate energy plan of 12 months or longer
Receive Koiyn rewards on your birthday
Also, now XOOM Xtras members can make purchases on the XOOM Xtras platform using their credit or debit card. At least 50% of the purchase must be paid using Koiyn. Please note that Koiyn holds no value outside of the XOOM Xtras platform.
Expanded and Improved Benefits
We’ve listened to what you have to say and made the changes for a more flexible customer loyalty program.
Now Koiyn will expire after 18 months instead of 15 months and there will be no daily limits on earning Koiyn. In addition, Koiyn can now be earned any day of the month and not just on the first day of the month.
As we work to improve the overall experience of the XOOM Xtras program, there are some elements that will no longer be part of the loyalty program. This includes Koiyn rewards for dual commodity enrollments, on-time payments, Auto-Bill Pay and Paperless Billing, along with games no longer being available.
